This is a commercial for Trident sugarless gum. It was first aired in 1971. It claimed that "4 out of 5 dentists recommend sugarless gum for their patients who chew gum." This is the ratio 4:5. (This commercial was later parodied by Trident, in response to being asked why the fifth dentist didn't recommend sugarless gum.)
